It’s all about you and what interests you! We are here to maximise your NDIS plan and provide you the support you need that connects you with your specific goals and interests. Helping you find the best activities for your strengths and dreams. By working together you will:
- Understand your plan and social activities you wish to access
- One-on-One Support
- Assisting with Medications
- Continence and toileting management
- Mobility and Transfers
- Accompanying you to appointments
- Attending social functions and community activities
- Transport
Eligibility
We would love the opportunity to discuss how we can help you live the life you want. There are no restrictions in eligibility to engage Anne’s Care for Personal Support Services.
Fees
All our services attract a fee that is guided by the NDIS pricing schedule. The fees depend on the services and supports you require and reflect those allocated by the NDIS. Anne’s Care will negotiate an individual agreement that is unique and tailored to meet your specific needs. Want to know more?
